(SEP) was founded in 1988 by four engineers from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.  The company is modeled around providing complete project life-cycle support for industrial strength challenges.  Our culture’s foundation rests on honesty, integrity, and the concept of making a difference.  We desire to be a part of products and projects that really matter and have a significant contribution to making our clients increasingly successful.

SEP is a leading systems and software engineering company providing outsourced development, engineering support, and application services. Specific solutions span enterprise web-based systems to desktop solutions to safety critical embedded systems. SEP currently maintains a technical staff of over 50 engineers.  Many of our developers have significant experience in leading engineering teams.  Our engineers all have a minimum of a four-year degree in computer or engineering related fields of study.  SEP's Engineering Managers are all certified as Project Management Professionals.

SEP is a small business as per the terms of the US Small Business Administration and for our major SIC code (7371).
